PRESSE HMI 1000-9800
The HMI 1000-9800 is the high-end product of the HMI injection moulding machines.
The machine has several optional improvements like a dedicated electrical cabin with a dedicated controller for the hot runners; water manifolds for cooling the moulds; three core pullers for each platen etc…
THE PROJECT
The project of the HMI 1000-9800 is made internally from the electric scheme to the hydraulic scheme, from the mechanic drawing to the programmation
The goal was to build up a machine with a solid structure and high-end components to ensure high performance.
The base and platens are old parts reworked for this application, while columns of clamp and injection, the hydraulic cylinders and the knee brace with all its components and its lubrification system were built according to our drawings.
The injection was projected to host two motors of 55KW each instead of a big one, both driven by inverter to reduce the ammount of electrical energy which is needed for basical movements.
ELECTRONIC FEATURES
The electrical cabin was projected and built internally by our technicians. Electromechanic components, expecially the security ones are Siemens, ensuring the level of safety required by modern ISO directives.
The Gefran electronic is composed by various modules, an high-end CPU and a 21,5″ touch screen panel, FULL HD.
The package also includes the teleassistance device to connect the machine to the client net. This allow the transfering of the data on the client cloud and gives him remote acces to the machine. All necessary requirements for achive the 4.0 industry benefits.
